LAB157 / Order information

Order privacy

Questions or privacy requests: orders@lab157.com. Updated 26 October 2026.

01

Order information

Checkout collects your name, email, phone number, research organization, delivery address and order details. We use these to calculate charges, process payment, arrange fulfillment, reconcile stock, maintain tax records and answer order inquiries.

02

Payment and hosting

The shop runs on Vercel and stores order records privately. PayRam, hosted on DigitalOcean, receives your order email, order identifiers and payment amount. Blockchain transactions and wallet addresses may be publicly visible. We do not collect your wallet recovery phrase or private key. If you choose a card-to-crypto provider, its own privacy and identity-verification rules apply.

03

Order emails

We send transactional order acknowledgements and verified-payment confirmations to the address you provide. Our email delivery provider, Mailgun by Sinch, processes the recipient address and message contents, which can include purchased products, delivery details and totals. Authorized management receives paid-order alerts. These messages are separate from marketing subscriptions; open and click tracking are disabled in our sending requests.

04

Fulfillment

Order information is available to authorized shop management and is used by fulfillment staff and the delivery carrier to ship your order. Minnesota tax rates are looked up locally from published state data; this calculation does not send your address to a tax-calculation provider.

05

Browser storage

Your cart and research-access confirmation are stored in your browser. Order-specific security cookies protect access to payment status, and private management uses its own authentication cookie.

06

Records and requests

We retain order, payment and tax records for business and legal recordkeeping. Contact us about access, correction or deletion requests. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations. Do not send wallet recovery phrases, private keys or full card details by email.
